Note that this is distinct from work produced under a client engagement. Intellectual property in deliverables created for a client transfers to that client as set out in the relevant engagement contract.

Services and contracts

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services. Descriptions of services, engagement models, indicative durations and outcomes are illustrative.

Any engagement with Voxalone Limited is governed exclusively by a separate written contract signed by both parties, covering scope, deliverables, fees, intellectual property, warranties, liability, confidentiality and data protection. Where that contract conflicts with anything on this website, the contract prevails.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
