01 Automate the busywork. Build software that lasts.
Voxalone is a UK-based software company. We build AI automation, chatbots, web apps and mobile apps — and hand you the code.
- Week one
- A working MVP, free
- Once you have used it
- An itemised fixed price
- From day one
- You own the code
Where we start
It usually begins with something manual
A spreadsheet three people depend on. An inbox somebody sorts every morning. A report rebuilt by hand every Monday.
That is the kind of thing we would start with, because it is measurable, it pays for itself quickly, and it proves the approach before you commit to anything larger. Bigger platforms, apps and AI systems follow once the first one is earning its keep.
How a project runsWhat we do
What we build
Most projects use two or three of these together, run by one team with a single point of contact and no handovers between departments.
01
02 LLM Development
Custom applications built on large language models, tested before they go live.
03 Custom Software & Web Apps
Web applications and internal tools built around how your business actually works.
04 Chatbot Integration
AI chatbots for your website, WhatsApp or Teams, trained on your own content.
05 Mobile App Development
Native iOS and Android apps built for performance and store approval.
06 Hybrid App Development
One codebase, both platforms. Faster to launch and cheaper to maintain.
Why Voxalone
What you can expect
Three commitments you can hold us to, from the first call through to launch.
You judge it before you pay
The first week produces working software, not a proposal. You decide whether it is any good by using it.
A fixed number, not a running meter
Once you have used the MVP you get an itemised fixed quote. No open-ended day rates, no surprise invoices.
Everything is handed over
Code, infrastructure and documentation are yours from the first day, running on your own accounts.
Your first week
You see working software before you see an invoice
Most agencies answer a first call with a proposal. We answer it with a working MVP, built in a week, at no cost. You decide what it is worth after you have used it.
-
01 Day 0
First call
30 minutes this week. We take the requirements straight from you — no forms and no discovery phase to pay for.
We fund this step
-
02 Day 5
Working MVP
Not slides. Software built on your requirements that you open, click and judge for yourself.
We fund this step
-
03 Day 7
Fixed quote
Only if you want to carry on. Itemised, within 48 hours, priced against software you have already used.
Quoted before it starts
-
04 Week 2
Spec signed, build starts
You approve the spec first, then a new version lands that you can open and use every week until launch.
Quoted before it starts
The first two steps are ours to fund. Nothing is invoiced until you have used the software and approved a fixed price — and if the week shows we are not the right team, you will have found that out for nothing.

Insights

Why most AI pilots never reach production
The demo is the easy part. The gap between a convincing prototype and a system the business can rely on is made of evaluation, guardrails and ownership — and almost nobody budgets for it.
Buy versus build: a decision framework that survives the business case
Buy when the process is standard, build when the process is the advantage. The difficulty is being honest about which one you are actually looking at.
What good technical due diligence actually looks for
Code quality is the least interesting thing in a technical due diligence. The risks that change a valuation are almost always operational.
Common questions
Before you get in touch
The questions we are asked most often, answered directly.
Something not covered? Email hello@voxalone.com and you will get a real answer from an engineer.
What size of business are you set up for?
UK businesses between roughly 10 and 500 people — big enough to have processes worth automating, small enough that we can talk directly to whoever makes the decision. Startups building a first product fit us well too. Very large enterprise procurement is not something we are built for yet, and we will say so rather than waste your time.
How much does a project cost?
It depends almost entirely on scope, so any figure quoted before we understand the problem would be a guess. You get a fixed, itemised quote within 48 hours of asking — after you have used the MVP, so it is priced against working software rather than a wishlist. Tell us the budget you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what it buys.
How quickly can you start?
This week. The first call happens within days and the free MVP lands a week after it. A full build team usually starts within two to three weeks of the quote being signed. If something is genuinely urgent, tell us and you will get an honest answer rather than an optimistic one.
Do we own what you build?
Yes, completely. Code and IP are yours from the first day, in your own repository and running on your own accounts. Nothing to licence and nothing stopping you taking it elsewhere.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Often, yes. We use your repositories, your tools and your way of working. A common split is us handling the AI or mobile side while your team keeps building what they know best.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we would expect to. Send us yours or ask for ours — usually signed the same day.
Let’s work out whether we can help
Tell us what you are trying to achieve. You will speak to an engineer, not a salesperson, and you will get a straight answer about whether this is something we should take on.
We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
